Secondary Name to display/pull to chart

It would be beneficial for the secondary name field to pull to the patient chart. We have quite a few patients who go by nicknames and not their government name and also have patients who are transitioning and going by a new name, but we have to keep their profile as their government name until they get insurance etc. finalized with their new name. Currently we utilize the profile pop up note to denote the name the patient prefers to go by but we also use this for other information and with character limits it makes it hard. Ideally, the secondary name would pull everywhere, but especially when in the patients chart, that way when nurses call the patient with lab results, etc. they can easily glance at the top and find the patients preferred name instead of going all the way to the profile to confirm they address the patient correctly.
