Communication Center Security

Please enhance security within communication center. Currently a user who has access to fax has the ability to create contacts. A user who uses communication center is not always the same user our organization would prefer to have creating contacts. If a user messes up the set up we have the potential for other users to use a contact created incorrectly leading to potential HIPAA violations.

If not possible at least at a minimum security audits to track and educate users who do complete this incorrectly.
