Patient Connect – Text message audit log

Need: Need a way to audit/review the text messages that are sent to patients. We would like the audit to include the date/time text sent, text message receiver phone number, name of patient, and the contents of the text message.

Reason: We get complaints from patients who say they are either not getting texts or getting incorrect texts. As we cannot see what was sent, we are not able to verify the complaint. The audit would provide a way to verify the complaint and assist with any trouble shooting. We do have the appointment history. We are looking for something with more detail.
