Allow for Search Option in Requisition

When requisitioning items, you are able to sort the items by name A-Z or Z-A which helps to be able to find things, however it would be much more efficient to be able to search for an item. For example, maybe I need to order a SaniCloth Tub. I should be able to search "SaniCloth Tub" and have it scroll to the item with a highlight on the item in order to find it easier.
