It would be GREAT to be able to EDIT a current login rather than have to disable & create a new one when an employee either has a name change or their number changes because they are now a permanent employee.
We have our UBLs as patient first initial, last initial and employee number. Example, mine would be KD12345. Say I change my name to Jane Doe and wanted my UB to be JD12345 instead. While the name fields on KD12345 could be changed to Jane Doe, the actual UBL would not be able to be modified. We currently do NOT set up a new UBL for these name changes as it would require a lot of setup to repeat the behaviors, etc needed. but it does frustrate our employees. They don't understand why we cant just change it all easily. Same at our facility with the employee numbers - we auto assign next available number to staff who arent an employee, but if they decide to become an employee later we typically do set up a whole new UBL. This is because we are so used to searching for staff employee numbers in system security/payroll that if we do something out of our standard practie, it just gets hard to remember. Again, it is a lot of tedious extra work for IT staff and for that employee to have to re-do everything on a new UBL.
Thank you both for the clarification.

Which login are you referencing? While numbers cannot change, names should be able to be updated.
