Ability to "Follow" Release information by class of material

I like the abliity to now hit "Follow" and be updated when more material is added to the Release information. However, it is a little cumbersome to have to go in and follow each and every release or thread to accomplish this. It would be nice to be able to subscribe to these by class of the topic, ie all release notes, with one click. Same for the release events - in the past we were able to just sign up to be enrolled in all of them proactively.
