Linking Chart Communications with Communication Center

We are new to using the Communication Center for electronic faxing, sorting of documents. It has been extremely helpful, however I do wish that there was an option when "messaging" that providers/nurses could have the "note" button that takes them directly to chart communications. This is where all other patient phone calls are documented. It would also be extremely helpful if we were notified when sent faxes have failed.
