On patient connect when patients are uploading their drivers license and or insurance cards the quality has been poor. The images are blurry and there is other stuff in the back ground of the picture, and we are unable to use the photo. Once the patient is in the office we have to ask the patient to let us scan in there cards again. They get upset stating that they have already sent us a copy. If we continue to work like this it defeats the purpose of us sending patients these request. If we can not use them.
