Would like to send a form to multiple patients at one time through Patient Connect. Would also then like to have a report to see which patients have sent back the form.

There are some forms that we would like to send to multiple patients at one time. It could be a notification form or it could be a form that needs to be signed by the patients and sent back. Instead of sending them 1 by 1. It would be nice to be able to select multiple patients and send the same form to them and then they can fill it out and send it back. Then we would also like to see a report that tells us when the form was sent, if the form was sent back and when it was sent back. That way we can keep track of who needs to sign those when they come into the clinic. We can also see how much patient connect is being utilized by patients.
