Surface "Query PDMP" option in RX Entry and Med Rec screens

It is important that the "Query PDMP" button be surfaced into a more visible location in both the Rx Entry and Med Rec applications. The providers often forget that it is up in the lengthy menu bar. If they are on a laptop with a small screen, the option is often truncated into the carrot dropdown. As we are required to prove the provider usage of this for Promoting Interoperability, it should be something that is not difficult to find to perform. A more visible button or pop up would be helpful for prescribing providers.
