if there was a way to be able to stop the submitting order or to be flagged when submitting lab orders when there is no diagnosis or wrong diagnosis for the order being done. This would prevent so many calls on missing diagnosis for lab orders.
If you are using future orders, you can set the order reason as required.
I too would like to see medical necessity trigger at the time the future orders are place and the order reason is entered and displayed in the review screen. Any order failing medical necessity should be flagged.
