Chart Communication - Show incomplete regardless of date range filters

Now that date range filters have been added to chart communication, even with the coming feature of having the start date sticky, we are requesting that all incomplete communications display regardless of the date range filter settings. We have been on the system for quite a while and we leave chart communications open with patient specific info because we did not have other options in the past to communicate patient specific info. That said, we might have an incomplete chart communication that is years old yet we do not want to set our start date back that far.

So there is nothing missed and no negative patient outcome, please display all open chart communications regardless of the date range filter settings.
