Add CO2 Monitoring to Vitals Merged

CO2 monitoring is standard of care for sedation, but is not present as a choice in Vitals in EDIS or MedSurg.

    Absolutely essential for nursing care. We just got Mindray communicating vitals into Evident, but no way to do that for the CO2 as there is no destination filed.
