ALL IN ONE ! ER Log report to include Triage Level and Triage Time

On the Reports specifically the ER LOG REPORT I would very much like to be able to pull The Triage Level and the Triage Time . This is on the EForms and cannot be pulled into the report at this time. Without this capability I have to run the report with detail, pull the patients chart and document the two areas. PLEASE figure out a way to incorporate these two areas into the ER LOG REPORT
