Smoking Packs per day only

Under Frequency for Smoking there is a free text box followed by hard coded "PACKS per". What if it wasn't PACKS per and it was 1/2 of a pack or 3 cigarettes'. You cannot put 1/2 or 0.5 in the free text box and there is no way to document that it is just 3 cigarettes'.
