Physician Fee Ability for In-Patients

Is there a way that we could have physicians fees added to the coding and those particular codes pull to another place (chart or associated chart)? So the physician fees for billing are done separately from the hospital bill. It is a nightmare trying to keep up with all the physician fees to bill. If the physicians could just add a charge on the inpatient chart and those particular codes could be pulled in the background with AI to a different location it would be so helpful
