Change Alternate Title on Image

Would like to be able to rename a document that was scanned in. It may be scanned to the correct Title, but was labeled in correctly.

      Example if an image was originally saved as "United Healthcare Insurance Card" and later we realized we named it wrong and it should be "UMR Insurance Card"
