Nothing should be assumed! If Code Status has not been addressed in Order Chronology the ID Panel and Tracking Board needs to say Code Status not set or something like that. It is not appropriate to assume.
Our nursing staff is requesting a way to quick reference the emergency contact tab in the patient's chart via a destination on the tracking board or a hyperlink in the ID panel.
If multidrug resistance information or fall risk details are entered under demographics-encounter in the web client, having a way to create a phrase in the phrase library to easily add that information to notes would be helpful.
