at this time you must go into flow charts to chart menu to select chart type for the 24 summary report to generate, can it be add to encounter menu as a drop down menu to show on header

Assume Full code needs to be different

Nothing should be assumed! If Code Status has not been addressed in Order Chronology the ID Panel and Tracking Board needs to say Code Status not set or something like that. It is not appropriate to assume.

We should be able to see the Stay Type, Sub-type, and Service code in the ID panel, but at least have to see the service code so we know what kind of episode it is.

It would be nice if you could click on pretty much anything in the ID panel and it would take you to that area to correct, change, or add information.
