Ability to program care plans to trigger based off of flow sheet answers and/or calculations

I would like the ability to tie a certain care plan to open on a flowchart if a certain question is answered or a score on a scale is met.

I&O's- WANT IV FLUID VOLUME TO CROSS OVER INTO CHART WHEN ADMINISTERED IN THE EMAR

PROVIDERS ARE VERY FRUSTRATED THAT I&O'S ARE SO UNRELIABLE. NURSES NEED TO MANUALLY ENTER I&O'S INTO THE FLOWCHARTING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS AUTOMATICALLY PULL INTO THE I&O'S FROM MED ADMINISTRATION

When you double click to free text in a flowchart cell, the cursor is not in the text box when it opens like it used to be in the desktop version. you have to place the cursor in the box, whereas before it would allow you to just start typing
