allow for orders to be built into notes templates and launch order entry when note signed. we used to have this functionality in Phys Doc and the providers used this for VTE screening and other documents.

We should be able to see the Stay Type, Sub-type, and Service code in the ID panel, but at least have to see the service code so we know what kind of episode it is.

Our providers go from chart to chart a lot when a patient is being discharged from one service and admitted to another. This leads to providers entering incorrect information on the incorrect episode because they can't tell which episode they are ...

Open up business intelligence reporting to allow users to actually build our own reports.

Would like to see the ability to select and pull data from the database to build any report we determine is necessary. Would also like the ability to share these reports we would create with other facilities.
