The reporting options need to get better in Report Dashboard. This is both in the clinical and financial side. For our example, we needed a simple report to run that will show us how often and on which episodes a CPT/HCPCS code was used, and we couldn't find anything in report dashboard so ended up doing an adhoc report which is incredibly tedious.

Ability to see an authorization number in insurance ad-hoc

If we had the ability to see if there was an authorization number with a procedure code then we would know which procedures require an auth per insurance company and member id.

Accountants Report - Over 365 Days

On the Report Dashboard, for the Accountant's Report, there should be a bucket for "over 365 days" when you export to Excel. There is currently not an option for this. Only Current, 30+, 60+, 90+, and 120+ exist.
