At one time you had on Demand Training for certain areas one was for building eforms. But I noticed over 6 months ago you had gotten rid of the free version and now wanting to charge for the same class. Why do you tie the hands of the people trying to use your system? And can we please get the free on demand classes back that are helpful and that reinforce the training we already had through CPSI. Why are you wanting us to keep paying for training we already had?
I would say that this applies to more areas than just eforms. There are some other areas where there is a charge for additional learning. We should have access to all learning for free when using the system.
If these things exist and TruBridge users cannot find them, then that is not useful and it is TruBridge's fault. I believe that enough of us who are competent users have begged for TruLearn updates for years in respect to the searches and answers. This would be a reason why. If you change things and don't tell people and also don't have a good search system that a person could happen on to themselves using the platform that you provide, you are not setting up users for success. It's extremely limiting and frustrating for intelligent workers who want to be self sufficient and not wait on/rely on someone else to pickup a situation and send a link to be able to perform their job to the best of their ability. At this point, TruBridge has neglected to make any such improvement that actually reaches the client in a usable form. I know this is a contributor to my burnout and dissatisfaction with TruBridge.
I would appreciate a link to it if you could send it to me or post it would be very helpful.
Michelle, would you happen to know of an on demand for flow charts?
Thank you Michelle, I will take a look at it, is there a reason why it is no longer offered all together like it was before?
Hi, Stuart. All of the Eforms training is available on this page (Electronic Forms) and broken down into small sessions to be watched. Other On Demand/Recorded sessions are available here... On Demand
