In September 2024, we released the Resource Center in Web Client to give the end user contextual Help, Additional Documentation and Links to more Information. There has been a steady roll out of coverage for a majority of applications and areas to this point. The link to the Help is in the lower right of the screen. See attached image.
The description that is given in the help fields is insufficient and not helpful. Making help more user friendly would decrease the number of situation calls as most of us are not at a desk or at one number to await the call back.
