Allow Med Rec available beyond 24 hrs post discharge

When testing items that involve Med Rec, Med Rec --> CPOE, etc. I have to enter a new test patient every day that I want to test that. It is time consuming. Please extend this or allow a better alternative for testing.

Automatically update CrCl

Have the CrCl automatically calculate and update on the patient's home screen (for pharmacy). Currently we have to click on estimate creatinine clearance each day when we are reviewing the profiles in order for their clearance to update.
