Scanning Meds from the Tracking Board

It would be great to be able to scan a patient armband and be taken directly to that patient's MAR from the tracking board. It would save several clicks for nursing and help reduce the time it takes to pass medications.

Dropdown for non-scanned wristband reasons

If I am documenting that I am administering a med (in the MAR administration window), but have not scanned the armband, we would like a dropdown that the nurse could indicate why the armband was not scanned. Such as: Equipment failure, patient ref...

Past Due Medications alert on Tracking Board or Console

Nurses would like an alert on the Tracking Board if a patient has a medication overdue, with a color as well

Increase Character Limit

Thrive needs to accommodate an increased character limit throughout the system. This is very limiting, especially in the pharmacy module, and poses a patient safety issue.

I&O's- WANT IV FLUID VOLUME TO CROSS OVER INTO CHART WHEN ADMINISTERED IN THE EMAR

PROVIDERS ARE VERY FRUSTRATED THAT I&O'S ARE SO UNRELIABLE. NURSES NEED TO MANUALLY ENTER I&O'S INTO THE FLOWCHARTING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS AUTOMATICALLY PULL INTO THE I&O'S FROM MED ADMINISTRATION

PRE-PAIN MED DROP DOWN BOX WITH PAIN LEVELS

When administering pain medications in the ER, a drop down box with the pain scale right on the administration screen would address fallouts that occur when medications are given to patients in settings where they are ordered as X1 STAT. Since the...

Last Dose Date/Time automatically pull to D/C meds list

It is a TJC requirement for the last dose date/time to be listed on the discharge med list. We are not getting buy-in from providers when it comes to entering the last date/time of med administration when performing D/C med rec/e-scribing.

Automate NDC Update Process

Updating NDCs in Trubridge is currently a manual process that requires a user to run the Invalid NDC report and then manually correct any items with NDCs listed as 'Invalid.' This happens fairly regularly and takes a lot of time. As NDC files are ...
