Need workflow to clear med re-assessment alert from previous shifts

Currently if a reassessment alert isn't addressed the alert will persist into subsequent shifts. We need a way to clear those events while adding the missed re-assessment to a BCMA compliance type report.

Would be nice if the pharmacy that is listed for a patient would get a notification if a prescription medication has been discontinued.

Our pharmacy asked why they don't get a notification when a prescription medication is discontinued in our EHR. They said a lot of the other facility's EHRs will send a notification to the pharmacy when a medication is discontinued.
