Search for Patient By Address or Phone number

Often we have paperwork and we can only read the address or phone number, or a patient will call in and get disconnected. It would be nice to be able to search these fields so that we know what patient we are dealing with.

Please make Notes where you can see who made each entry without having to put initials after the entry. This would make it more user friendly especially in the ED for RNs and handoff between providers.

user should be able to un-retract their own documentation if retracted in error

user accidentally clicked and retracted her hourly rounding note from 713am to 11am. 4 hours of documentation was retracted. Once retracted, it cannot be un-retracted. She had to go back and re-document all that she had previously documented.
