Hover for comments on med rec

Would be very beneficial to be able to hover over a med in the medication reconciliation and be able to see a comment if one is there. Currently we have the comment bubble indicator but you have to click into the med to see what it is.

Need to allow scrolling in flowcharts instead of clicking on arrows to move from top to bottom of flowchart.

Scrolling with a mouse is much easier and quicker than clicking the arrows.

Sticky date range for chart communication

Date range defaulting to 1 month on chart communication is not ideal for all users. At least the option to make the range selected sticky would benefit all users.

Medication Indication Listed on D/C meds

It would be beneficial for patient's to have the reason for taking a medication (indication) listed on each medication on the discharge medication list because many patients do not know why they take medications.

allow for orders to be built into notes templates and launch order entry when note signed. we used to have this functionality in Phys Doc and the providers used this for VTE screening and other documents.

I&O's- WANT IV FLUID VOLUME TO CROSS OVER INTO CHART WHEN ADMINISTERED IN THE EMAR

PROVIDERS ARE VERY FRUSTRATED THAT I&O'S ARE SO UNRELIABLE. NURSES NEED TO MANUALLY ENTER I&O'S INTO THE FLOWCHARTING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS AUTOMATICALLY PULL INTO THE I&O'S FROM MED ADMINISTRATION
