Scheduler Instructions Pop Open

When instructions are placed on a specific resource, they show with instructions (1). It would be great if we could have the instruction pop open so they are not missed.

When in Scheduling, Patient Appointments, please default the patient list of appointments to the most recent appointments on top vs the oldest. We always have to select the appointment date column twice to resort.
