The list is very lengthy when scrolling trying to find your database code when building an Ad Hoc report from an EFORM. Takes longer to find the code than to actually build the report.

Addressed Date: automatic in system with New Problem and automatic address

Is it possible when a new Problem is written on the day of a consultation, that is gets automatically a address date and is automatically addressed (so we don't have to click as often)

Under "Notes Signature Deficiency Report", give an option to automatically pull 10% from each month.

We need an option to automatically pull 10% or 20 charts a month for review/co-sign.

It would be nice if there was a report that could be pulled to show future orders that were put in that didnt meet medical necessity. This could help us track this trend and share it with medical staff for compliance.

Alphabetize Medications in Reports

Specifically in the Physician Order Report. It is utilized for discharges to Long term care and also for follow up calls. It also makes more sense to have medications listed alphabetically everywhere in the chart.
