Ability to associate logins to rules rather than rules to logins - TIF-691

Mobile device compatibility. Some of our hospitals are small, cows are useful but sometimes they are too big for what we needed at the patient bedside. It would be great if we could get a mobile device to enter orders, scan meds, and even dictate documentation at the patient bedside.
