when there is a positive result indicating a patient has a need on the HRSN screening, it triggers an action that a facility can direct ie:notification to social worker for consult/follow up order/or mail notification

Insert ICD 9 and ICD 10 codes to diagnosis and procedures in real time. Make patient profiles readily available to quality management so they don't have to run reports. They should only run reports for total procedures, etc.
