Add a Scan, Upload, Import Image option in Future Orders

This would be beneficial to be able to scan in paper orders, notes, etc. that need to be with the order.

Should be able to change time of an order without having to redo the order

If an order is for daily for instance and the time was entered as current time instead of 0800 for instance, the nurses/provider should be able to go back into that order and just change the time for that to be done without having to redo the order.

Easier Flowcharts
