CREATING AND SENDING REFERRALS (ELECTRONICALLY)

Auto clean up of Non Formulary (NF) pharmacy items

Formulary Matching > non-matched doses > need alert

When items are not 1:1 in the formulary matching table, and these dose is different during med rec; there is no alert to stop the provider to address the difference. i.e. 500mg vs 1000mg (see attached)
