Move Nurses End of Shift to Web Client

Scheduling Patient Appointments - Default Sort to most recent on Top

When in Scheduling, Patient Appointments, please default the patient list of appointments to the most recent appointments on top vs the oldest. We always have to select the appointment date column twice to resort.
