Add Procedure Date and split out different procedure during the same admit day on the Medical Records Procedure Index report.

Have a notification preference for receiving notifications of upcoming reviews coming due. Also have color indicators of upcoming and past due Reviews (similar to exceptions) show up on Reviews in the dashlets.
Could we add Fin. Class. has a filter. we use private pay "P" for self pay and contract billing. we do not use the private pay insurance coverage as it throws a claim. thank you
