Remove staff's full name from Patient Scheduler appointment print outs

This has raised personnel privacy concerns. It would be nice to be able to change the header, or not show the full name of who printed the appointment sheet by default.

When a provider puts in a new medication, there is an alert flashing "new medication order."

Other EHRs have this feature that alerts the nurse a new medication. This is helpful when caring for multiple patients. This helps missed medications or in the emergency room when you are not always in the MAR area to see the new medications.

Order Chronology Ancillary Orders
