Please add a security password when accessing the lab calculation window so only trained staff has access and no unfortunate addition or modification will alter live results.
Can DECLINED be added to the Relationship code as there are instances where patient refuses to provide any but it is not UNKNOWN to patient. SIT#10222529 request for this was declined as it requires a SW change. (Not Table driven)

It would be helpful to be able to run a report that would show if specific order sets are being utilized on a regular basis dependent on the patient dx.
It would be great to have an option in Referrals to be able to mark it "Declined" to denote when a patient has declined to go through with the referral instead of just having to mark it Complete.

Our local pharmacies have asked several times to have the allergies listed as part of the E-Prescription they receive. An older vendor our clinic with Surescripts provided that and they are asking for the same thing.
Would be nice if the pharmacy that is listed for a patient would get a notification if a prescription medication has been discontinued.
Our pharmacy asked why they don't get a notification when a prescription medication is discontinued in our EHR. They said a lot of the other facility's EHRs will send a notification to the pharmacy when a medication is discontinued.
