Smart codes/phrases for notes

It would be useful to have a simple phrase or dianosis that can be added to a note that will automatically import standards of care into the note. ie. congestion could auto fill things such as sinus rinse, hydration, otc decongestants etc.

Discharge Instructions need to have shortened versions of instructions and need to be listed as such.

Add Shin or leg to Laceration Procedure Note in ClinDoc (EDIS)

under lower extremity you can choose calf or thigh but there is no option for shin or just leg.
