Invalid ICD 10 diagnosis codes should not show in Grouper
Our physicians choose invalid codes (some attached to an ICD-9 code) from the patient's problem list, and import into the grouper. Thrive should not allow invalid codes in the grouper without alerting the coder before finalizing.
