Add the functionality to pull CPT Code along with the description of the test to the Future Order Requisition Form.

This will cut down on time spent to retrieve the correct CPT Code and increase PA approval rate.

Future Orders = Pending Orders with NO date until released

Future Orders need to look/work more like actual future orders or pending orders like they do in other EHRs. Sometimes you do know the date/time you want to place the Future Order but a lot of time it's not that simple so we want the date schedule...
