WHen staff are in the HIM coding list, it would be useful to have a comment section so staff can leave messages regarding status of the account.

Our physicians choose invalid codes (some attached to an ICD-9 code) from the patient's problem list, and import into the grouper. Thrive should not allow invalid codes in the grouper without alerting the coder before finalizing.
