Formulary Matching > non-matched doses > need alert
When items are not 1:1 in the formulary matching table, and these dose is different during med rec; there is no alert to stop the provider to address the difference. i.e. 500mg vs 1000mg (see attached)
Ability to pull forward Scanned Images from Encounter.
It would be useful to have the ability to change the last acct when creating a visit to pull forward the images in EFM of that visit to the newly created visit.
Last Dose Date/Time automatically pull to D/C meds list
It is a TJC requirement for the last dose date/time to be listed on the discharge med list. We are not getting buy-in from providers when it comes to entering the last date/time of med administration when performing D/C med rec/e-scribing.
