In TWC, when pt is selected, must select the arrow in the demogr bar to see the CC line-it is sticky until you log out and log back in then you must select this again-in TUX, demogr bar always displayed the CC line-providers want to see this

Need Notes application to be able to "Copy Forward" no matter if someone has changed the "Admit Time" prior to physician documenting.

Currently, if someone changes "admit time" in chart, it will not allow the "Copy Forward" option. This is confusing to physicians. They don't understand why this changes what their options are for their documenting.
