Add a comment section on Vital Sign Application.

If you have a vital sign out of range, for instance a high blood pressure, you would be able to say reported to Dr., Pt was up amb, anxious, etc.

Chief Complaint Onset Date

Make Onset Date a required field in Chief Complaint and have it auto fill in date it was entered. If they use ICD10, it auto populates with date it was entered but if you free text, no date is entered there. Chart - Demographics - Encounter

Imaging results section in MCC

It would be nice to have a section in MCC dedicated to imaging results just like the section dedicated to lab results. We get numerous calls from patients frustrated because of how difficult it is to find their imaging reports in the portal.
