user should be able to un-retract their own documentation if retracted in error

user accidentally clicked and retracted her hourly rounding note from 713am to 11am. 4 hours of documentation was retracted. Once retracted, it cannot be un-retracted. She had to go back and re-document all that she had previously documented.

Vital Signs Grid View too much data

I do not understand why this is not fixed yet. The list view is not digestible. The grid view is the one used. Yet I have an ICU patient for 4 days and there is too much data? Is there an intention to fix this? This is highly limited.
