Add the ability for a patient or any clinical personnel to digitally sign a note in the Notes application. Notes are much easier to build and maintain than an eforms. We could then build consents and forms within Notes.

Security to prevent DELETIONS from the provider table
We need security to allow staff to update information in the physician table, but NOT delete the entry. We have had accidental deletions from the table and this causes many problems internally and externally because of interfaces downstream
Have Clock icon in Notifications disappear when Patient Seen Date/Time is entered
The Notification column is used to alert staff. The Clock icon reminds providers to enter Patient Seen Date/Time. If it disappeared once info is entered, it would be a visual reminder this task has been done or has not been done.
WHEN A PATIENT HAS BEEN CANCELED OR NO SHOW I WISH IT WOULD BE GREYED OUT OR MAYBE A RED X WHERE THE GREEN CHECK IN IS ON OTHER PATIENTS. WE NEED SOMETHING TO DIFFERENCHATE IT FORM THE OTHERS WHEN YOU CHANGE STATUS TO ALL.
