PINNED Console lab recent trend card
On the recent lab trend card as it is now it shows the trend by panel rather than individual test. We compare the labs for the last year and if the patient had a BMP at most visits but had a CMP at one, the results of the CMP are listed separately...

Would like to view the denial reason selected for denied refill requests. Site has patients that call in wanting to know why a particular medication was denied. PATH: Web Client> Charts> Tasks> Electronic Prescriptions Folder> History> Search for Pt Name> Find the Renewal Response> Nothing states if it was approved or denied and the reason for denial ADD INFO: Most of these Refill Requests are Unmatched.

This would improve workflow and save time if the denial information for unmatched refill requests is immediately available. Nurses and registration staff will be able to communicate more effectively with patients inquiring about refills.

More reports related to notes documentation (copy/paste function report)

Our compliance officer asked for a report to be able to track the copy/paste function. She states she saw this available on another EHR. This would be helpful to track acceptable levels of "cloning" with documentation. Thanks.
