Color Option for PRN Meds

It would be great if the PRN medications were distinguishable from the Scheduled Medications in the EMAR with a color option. Currently there is no color option

There needs to be an audit of each order so you can see what happened with the order instead of having to go and do a security audit log. You need to be able to see how it was changed, when it was changed, and by whom.

This would help when you are trying to find out what happened with an order and at what time so you can pinpoint problems. In Healthland we had an audit for every order and we could see who did it, what was changed, when it was changed, etc. It ca...

IMPORTED VITAL SIGNS NEED TO INCLUDE MEAN ARTERIAL PRESSURE (MAP)

Would like to view the denial reason selected for denied refill requests. Site has patients that call in wanting to know why a particular medication was denied. PATH: Web Client> Charts> Tasks> Electronic Prescriptions Folder> History> Search for Pt Name> Find the Renewal Response> Nothing states if it was approved or denied and the reason for denial ADD INFO: Most of these Refill Requests are Unmatched.

This would improve workflow and save time if the denial information for unmatched refill requests is immediately available. Nurses and registration staff will be able to communicate more effectively with patients inquiring about refills.

Hard-Stop Allergy Severity
